Gawd bless her (and not Mary Poppins) Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

Every organisation has it's bad-uns. What annoys me the most tho is the bad press they give that tarnishes all the good that is done. It was right to celebrate the NHS. It was the first such system in the world and many, many people owe their lives to the dedicated staff. And to "ginjez" I would say if you don' t report this neighbour to the authorities then I will. I work in the NHS and people like that are criminals and deserve all they get. Tough if she cannot get child care. She has 2 options, Don't have children or take unpaid leave, but if she is doing as you say then that is fraud and you have a moral duty to inform the authorities - simples. LANDYWATCH

Indicators - yes some people, no sorry a lot of people need reminding / pointing out to that the manufacturer of their car spent a lot of money designing those orange things on the corner of their cars. Also that they themselves spent money to have them and that they were not an option, but come as standard.
I was in our D3 last night and was cut up by a Kia box with no indication, so I made sure that the driver new what Sport mode was and the fact that the D3 corners very well for a heavier box !! |

What is it with old people who can't use slip roads? It is NOT in the highway code that its okay to come alongside a lorry and try to force it over into the next carriageway just because you can't be bothered to either look to see if anyone is there, or just wait a few seconds. Thankfully I had chance to move over but it was a close one, I don't want the (self-inflicted) death of some geriatric on my conscience thankyou very much.

End of a slip road is a GIVE WAY!
That is for vehicles on slip road to give way to vehicles on motorway. Local Parcel FARCE drivers are bone heads! Two consignment from abroad, had the mill name on, town on and post code. Yes the road name was missing, but correct post code. One consignment they put a card under our door as I was out. Am still looking for that card. Other consignment, no such address exists! Now both consignments were from the same supplier and delivery was attempted on same day! Apart from the lies, lack of intelligence I.e. why not phone depot to check post code, laziness, the mill is a large mill and only mill on the road, maybe the fact that one of the parcel weighs 35 kg meant could not be bothered to lift it out of van? Being civilised enough to let someone pull in front of you, only to find they drive like a snail, sleep at traffic lights and then get themselves stuck on a junction causing gridlock. Why the hell do they choose me Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

It isn't just you ! But yes, it is reallllllly annoying!
Same as people who pounce to overtake you coming out of a 30 limit, when they have no clue yet what speed you will be doing outside the limit, then proceed to tootle along at 50 and hold me up! They are probably the same people who do 50 on 60mph A roads and continue to do 50 through village 40 limits along the way. Hate 'em! Can be a "clench" moment at these times, driving a LR with drum brakes and no servo.
Still, the majority take one look and decide to wait, or when you are waiting to come out of a junction in slow traffic, will let you out. If they do carry on, seeing nothing but the bonnet/grill approaching in the rear view mirror focuses the mind somewhat. But why is it that only Defender/Series owners "do the wave"? 1970 Series 2A 88" |

But why is it that only Defender/Series owners "do the wave"?[/quote You would not want to wave at a RR Sport, would you? You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

If it's a female driving I'm surprised their eyes haven't popped out their sockets first Never mind waving. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R
