While the engine is out ive installed a hi flow BMC carbon fiber air intake system that will go from the new BMC wing mount kit to the turbo when finished, all via a BMC kit made for the 2.4 TDCI which is far larger than the standard intake.

Its all tucked away under the wing baring its outlet as you can seein the picture.

Tyres on 20" wheels ready for the adapters to arrive, I fitted Cooper LTZ 285/50/20's which gives as near to as possibile the 235/16 diamiter that it came with standard. At the moment my workshop looks like a parts store with empty boxes everywhere Sad

Front and rear bumpers went of for galvernising on Monday, got them back today ready for the painting to start. here is a before they went picture and ill post more of them galvernised before and during the painting process.

I hate rusty bumpers hence the galvernising first before the painting Smile

What are the differences from the "normal" Allisport like mine? Bigger? Different flowing? Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition
