While the engine is out ive installed a hi flow BMC carbon fiber air intake system that will go from the new BMC wing mount kit to the turbo when finished, all via a BMC kit made for the 2.4 TDCI which is far larger than the standard intake.

Tyres on 20" wheels ready for the adapters to arrive, I fitted Cooper LTZ 285/50/20's which gives as near to as possibile the 235/16 diamiter that it came with standard. At the moment my workshop looks like a parts store with empty boxes everywhere

Front and rear bumpers went of for galvernising on Monday, got them back today ready for the painting to start. here is a before they went picture and ill post more of them galvernised before and during the painting process.

New Allisport special 3.2 Defender Hybrid intercooler arrived today
