I like to make it really look like I'm in for a race with the chavs at lights, eye contact - check, rev - check, leaning forward as if your on a moped to make the vehicle faster - check, then when that red light switches to amber GO and turn off, leave them hanging. I've realised I can't beat them, and I shan't join them so I'll leave them!

Useless tw@ts who do not understand the concept of yellow box junctions.
Why the hell do they have to drive a few feet further forward and cause total gridlock ... Hang 'em John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |

Ungrateful people...
A Defender driver stopped to pull a car out of a ditch. After the car had been pulled up, the driver of the car ask the Defender driver for his insurance details. He claimed the car had been damaged getting pulled out (rather than when it went in to the ditch nose first). The Defender driver got out, cut the rope and drove off. As the car was still on a slight grassy slope it went back into the ditch. N.B. Take the plastic engine covers off a Skoda or Seat and you will see the Audi stamp underneath.
The VAG turbodiesel engines are great, will be keeping my '05 Ibiza FR until I have the funds for the 110. 1970 Series 2A 88" |

Bl****dy burglars
School was broken into last night - the it suite in particular and 8 laptops and some cameras have gone. One of the laptops was mine The IT suite has security grills on all the windows and two locks and cctv and people often leave laptops in there as it is more secure but they came armed with a concrete block and trashed the outside doors to get into the corridor and then the inside door. This is the fourth break in at school since easter different areas each time and I am getting sick of getting quotes for the insurance claims. Gawd knows how they get shut of them tho because all the laptops have custom backs on with the school logo covering the entire screenback. I think we need a pack of evil dogs loose and roaming the building after we've gone home. Ok the insurance will probably pay out, but it will go up and we are not exactly flush with cash at the mo and worse than that it means I will have about a dozen new laptops to set up and knowing my luck they will come in the last week of term or worse still during the hols Barbara |

Launched my boat, got hit in the mouth by the winch handle spinning around splitting open the inside and outside of my mouth, blood everywhere but had to carry on launching, rigging, etc. 2 hours and a very soar swollen mouth later I noticed water weeping in through a split in the bilge keel so had to spend another 3 hours hauling her back out and packing her up.
Now back at home having spent a very painful bloody night on-board on the hard overnight and now going to hospital to get some stitches. Have only drunk 1 litre of UHT milk since breakfast yesterday as I cant move my mouth to chew. On the bright side at least I spotted the leak before I was out to sea and sinking, and a smack in the mouth is a great way to lose weight Anyone want to buy a boat? Comes with a bailing out bucket |
