£150!!

Another option:

Route the washer pipe along side coolant pipes and use copper to attach it (good heat conductor).

Use a good quality additive to the washer fluid- makes one hell of a difference.... even with heated water- if you hit about -20 to -30 the water in the pipe/ nozzle will freeze and heater or not it won't defrost it for a while.

I like that idea .. have you modded your truck ? any photos ?

I did it when spending copious time in South Germany/ Austria driving up to the glaciers all the time where the temperatures were from -10 to as low as -60 with wind chill. I never had the system freeze up on me- but at the same time I was using really expensive washer fluid (about 10 Euro for 4 litres).

I still remember the motorway/ Autobahn drives where you have to clear your screen every 10-30 seconds- it gets emotional after a while.

If you think about doing it- really simple. Just get some extra washer pipe from your local motor factors and then route it where there is warmth........ obviously keeping it away from really hot metal. You can route it whatever way you want and just cable tie in place.

I removed mine when getting out here- not much need to heat washer fluid.
