Water drip from bulkhead
I noticed the other day a drip of water from the bottom of the bulkhead channel (the door hinges are bolted through it). A squirt of windscreen washer, bright green in colour, ran along the gutter beneath the windscreen and then dripped onto the lower part of the windscreen hinge (?) It next reappeared from the bottom of the the bulkhead.

Is the bulkhead tunnel designed as a down spout to carry away water!

If not how is the water getting into the bulkhead? There's no water getting into the cab. The bolts securing the hinge are tight and the gaskets are in situ and appear OK.

Any advice on curing this? I have a couple of new gaskets, should I replace them? http://www.roadracingsupporters.com

I thought I had the same problem but it's ok now.

To make sure it stays dry, I plan to run some clear tape over the seam.
