I remember when we all had nits from the school many years ago. I just shaved my and my sons' heads to "remove" the problem. My daughters wanted theirs done too but my wife wouldn't let them. Spoilsport
Never grew mine back 
Just had my son-in-law's grandfather staying with us - NEVER underestimate how much energy old people have and how little sleep they need. When you go in the kitchen, they're ALWAYS there  Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

Somebody at work suggested they thought short hair would suit her yesterday, they should be out of hospital next week

When will large multinational companies realise that the first step to defuse the situation with a justifable irrate customer is to apologise??
When asked to speak to a supervisor who is invariably away from their desk and they will reputably phone you back, they actually do phone you back! Those two simple things can turn a bad situation into a more neutral one Result? Yes I will get my money back. Yes they can close my account. Brendan |

staff.................just spent all day hearing, investigating and dealing with a grievance complaint from an employee who complained about a very serious gross misconduct issue. the accused person has walked away from it on a 'technicality'.
the complainant knows he's guilty, I know he is guilty, he knows he is guilty but I cannot do anything about it. He walks............. I am so mentally knackered by the days events and feel utterly frustrated. grrrrr  BM52 |

Im no football fan and don't really care who the England manager is but I do care about how the bullies of this world atack any one who is slightly different to their view of how you should be. The Sun's front page just shows what a bunch of low life tossers that work for the Sun.
We are all different, to take the  out of some one with different speech style to their perception of normal is so low and pathetic, they hide behind their PC screen in what is laughingly called the news room and ridicule people.
