I have fitted a 110 step to my 90.
The support bars had to be warmed up at one end and straightened, add a slight twist so they sat flat near the tank, cut down and re-drilled.
Was straight forward enough took around 1/2 hour to do both.

Fitted a 300tdi one to my td5 and had to do a similar mod. Stays were about 1"square section solid bar

Anyone notice that the NAS step on the X Techs is different - the tubular bar does not run the full length of the cross member but rather stops short of the ends.

Anyone know why the change?

Does this mean the X Tech step actually has a different part number as the standard 90/110 steps are still showing as boting to the very edges or the rear cross member?

I've ordered a step but want the full width version; the shorter X Tech version just does not look right to me.
