Yes that's it, the pump is activated when you open a tap which drops the pressure in the system which in turn starts the pump to pump out water from the tap. If a leak occours elswhere in the system which in turn will cause a drop in pressure such as a burst joint/pipe then that will start the pump and you just hope that the new outlet isn't where you are storing your bedding etc

Picked our new Xplore up Friday evening from the dealer's site - well, didn't need to pick it up as they had moved it on to a pitch for us and plugged the mains in.
Had two nights free camping and towed it for the first time today, just got home John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |

Sorry to hear of the poor start. Who would have thought caravans were similar to Land Rover in terms of leaks and reliability.

Didnt even get a chance to see the site properly, what with arriving in the dark and then leaving early the next morning. At least it happened whilst we were close to home, next week we are in the Lake District which would have caused a bigger problem. All fixed now though

When we first picked up the van, the chap said to me "now please note that these things are hand built and not up the standards people expect in a car". I pointed out the window at the Defender and he added "fair enough - you'll know what I mean then". One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS + New Defender 110 First Edition |

As a Morgan owner, I can echo that sentiment - they’ve been building ’em for over 100 years and still can’t produce one with a watertight hood.

You've got the perfect looking outfit there JSG
(years ago I would never have believed I would one day be drooling over caravans! ) Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

Spent the last few evenings ringing around caravan sites trying to get booked in for the Easter weekend. Then the missus makes one phone call to Clumber Park CC and manages to get a cancelation pitch

Really difficult to get a pitch at CC over any weekend or bank holiday unless you book months in advance
We have towed for many years but have downsized to a motorhome Trying to ensure we get away every month for at least a long weekend, feb was -8 & snowing, march we miss and promised snow for this weekend ! To those that are away over easter have a great weekend 2020 P300 HSE |
