My Wife was talking to a colleague about their respective cats. In that conversation she described our cat as "a bit of a gaylord". Someone in the office overheard and complained about this, and as a result she was put on a diversity course.

I kid you not.

Well I have 2 gripes!

1. Side light, why do most people think that in times of need for the head lights do they believe that just having your side lights

2. Fog lights, there is a new craze sweeping the country It doesn't matter whetheer it is pitch black or thick fog those f^#$ ars~%*^s who drive round with their fog lights on to look cool are only turning there side lights on which I turn, turns on their fog lights

i'm with you BigRuss on both of those.

there is nothing more frustrating than being dazzled by rear fogs in broad daylight when it is chrystal clear.

i can't believe in this modern age of gizmos and gadgets that rear fogs don't turn off automatically when they sense the headlights of the car behind.

One that gets me is utter appendage-ends who when you go to overtake them in a lorry on the motorway, they speed up so you can't get past. They don't speed up to 70 and disappear, oh no, they get up to 56, right by the cab door, and sit there! They should be shot! I give them a dose of left indicator and they usually get the message, but I really do wish they would have their licenses taken off them, along with the divs who drive about in broad daylight with fog-lamps or full beam on!

Talking from the other side... I normally let lorries out to overtake cos lets face it, I'm never going that much faster than them anyway!! However those lorry drivers who decide that the correct way to overtake another lorry is to first pull out, then indicate then proceed to overtake up a hill at 0.25 mph really get to me.

To be fair it's not always Lorry drivers who drive with this system of overtaking, it's just normally them who take longer to do so after their heinous lack of indicating.

"heinous" is one of my favourite words Thumbs Up
as well as "redolent" and "scrofulous" - frequently use all of them in damning letters to attorneys Twisted Evil Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...

Agreed some are pretty rubbish, but thankfully few and far between. I do get annoyed at how artic drivers think they are somehow "better" than rigid drivers and won't for example flash you in when you pass them... Confused

The meaning I (pretend to) use is "immoral", sometimes also "mentally impaired" Whistle
I actually never really considered the TB connotation Rolling Eyes might be considered a bit more offensive - especially since I work in the field of medical inventions Laughing Laughing Laughing Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
