Not cheap at £400 or so but this would be the solution and keep machinery dry when it rains, the only drawback is not being able to pick up fence panels with the trailer unless the canopy comes off quickly

Think the canopy uses latch type catches for quick removal and you may be able to fit roof bars similar to those on a Maggiolina or roofbars on the silver lady

I dont know about your work but when I use my trailer I'm in pretty good areas and usually on a customers drive or nearby. So far, never had any issues with theft - touch wood! Lets face it, its probably easier to break into your land rover!!
![]() PS You'd be proud of me Zag, well and truly Zagged the outside of my truck yesterday, re-blacked all the plastics/rubbers and gave it a thorough beauty treatment! Looks brand spankers again ![]() Beer 'n Sex 'n Chips 'n Gravy ![]() |

Look for a second hand van vault, they are tough enough to land fence posts and panels on, or find a local little engineering company to fab one for you. You could just try throwing the tools in the passenger foot well, a couple of dust sheets should keep the truck tidy.
