Decoding this number..

I've gota missed call from "00 1 (371) 809-716"

Anyone know how to tell where it's from?

could be a scam, 00 1 is USA/Canada but there is no 371 are code

Very annoying these are. Maybe a google search could help? Also if you contact your phone provider they can probably either block it for you or give you instructions how to
