You can measure the distance between axle and bump stops or between the tire rim edge to the plastic fenders and then compare with someone who has a 90". Puma 110" SW

If you measure vertically from the wheel centre to the edge of the wheelarch eyebrow, then it avoids variations in wheel or tyre sizes. However, as MK says, you'll need the same measurements from a known stock vehicle to compare with.

Height from the centre of rear hub to roof gutter is 144cm. Now I just need someone with a 90 on standard springs to measure too. Anyone that can do this I would appreciate it

Std springs and wheels - bilstein shocks but that shouldn't do much to ride height ........143cm
You've a 10mm lift

 I have from the previous owner standard shocks but Yellow springs. Still confused did they change from LR OE to aftermarket without a lift   |

They do seem very good and flexable so softer than OE I would imagine. I have no idea what has been done with it in that respect because mine was dealer bought. Someone in Wales that had it from new and exchanged for a new Disco winter 2009
