Thank you. Unfortuntatelly it doesn't work in my case. I can lock and unlock it numerous times or leave it locked for couple of days but it wouldn't start util I'd pull 30 Amp fuse or disconnect the battery. ![]() |

I told them about the clutch like 10 times but they are reluctant and wish to replace the transfer case first... ![]() |

Humm,
Strange indeed. If you have doubts about the cause, IMHO I would start with the cheaper part and if that fails to solve the issue I will change the expensive one. I suposse that the clutch is cheaper than the transfer case. How the dealer would explain to LR service this? No, I think they should replace both. Gear whine is most likely caused by the transfer case, but not the clutch noise. We'll see... ![]() |
