I thought I had fixed water getting under my front carpets when the vehicle was parked a couple of weeks ago but the problem was still there last week
I fixed the door card membrane on the passenger side but water was still appearing from the bottom of the door card and running under the carpets. Whilst cleaning all the Salisbury plain mud off on Wednesday I noticed that there was a split (about an 1/8" wide) in the metal filler strip between the frame and the window guide at the front of the passenger side window. Looking on the drivers side, where there is no problem, the metal filler strip should be in one piece with a bend a couple of inches above the door. Mine had split on the bend. Spraying water on the passenger door in the area resulted in water runing out of the bottom of the door card and onto the floor and then finding it's way under the mats. I filled the gap with Dum Dum and after heavy rain yesterday no water under the mats Bob |

Ive been chasing leaks for a while.
Had water in above the drivers door, found the gutters cracked, sorted that, water still gets in. Found the roof seal cracked where the two panels join, filled with a bit of clear silicon and now sorted. Need a better long term soloution, any ideas? Cant get to it from inside without serious works, had a look under the roof lining and a u shaped channel hold the two bits together under the seam. |

I have a dribble of water on my rubber mat on the passenger side. I suspect it's the rubber gromit for the LHD wipers leaking.
