Welcome to "humanity" - and I doubt we're the worst Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

You're clearly the worst kind of Land Rover owner, Ken - modifiying without a thought for whether more sensitive owners will approve. However do you live with yourself?
I notice you've got a hook sticker in your windscreen. Do you know Nick Jennings, by any chance? He used to organise winching courses and gave out stickers like that on completion. Small world, isn't it? I haven't spoken to him for a while, but used to see him regularly when I was involved in Abingdon 4x4. His son, Teflon John, bought my old Discovery Darren

mr fashion police arrives at the forum.
please stand by your vehicle for judgement LR stereo - was a waste of money for my needs i wouldn't repeat putting on chequer plate on the side cills or rear corners - the fixings quickly "bled" and looked pants, and the chequer just collected mud. kbx grilles - look very nice but my money would be better spent elsewhere on products that have a function |

I fitted too many extra 12v sockets, and an electric cool box which killed my first (split charge) battery. Turns out the draw was huge compared to a 'proper' 12v fridge and I shouldn't have left it running overnight as the thing was going all the time.
So a replacement fridge is on the cards for next summer, considering a 12v/gas jobbie so I can take it out and leave 'in camp' but not sure about that (another 'search' maybe) DJ 1989 200tdi 90 csw 2011 110 usw Orkney grey Buy British 🇬🇧 Defender Clothing Designs available at http://www.rangesports.com/acatalog/Defender-Stuff.html |

Hmmmm......sarcasm. Lowest form of twit. How do you live with yourself? Couldn't give a toss what people fit to their wagons but I do have a view on it which clearly offends those who feel the need to rigourously defend their "right" to modify. Gee, sorry about that, if I knew it was a human rights issue I would've called my lawyer first. I know what I like and I like what I know. Really, what do you expect? Having a view is all well and good, but much of what some people have written are little more than thinly disguised insults. The thread started with the aim of passing on experience of things that weren't very good in some way, but some seem to have just used it as an excuse to have a pop at other peoples' choices for no good reason Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing?
