MSS Cubby fitting instructions
As above really! Just home & thought I'd fit my newly acquired MSS cubby.

I don't have the instructions as it was secondhand. I have removed my old box, and offered up the new one but I'm unsure of what the bar is for & if it should just be a straight swop.

I found that it seems to naturally sit with the lip from the black cover plate on the car in the radio compartment. The box is slight closer to the driver than passenger due to the black CPU access point (the one you use to recode keys etc)

This seems to mean non of the existing holes line up?

If anyone has the instructions I'd really appreciate a scan before I go drilling holes in my car!

Cheers

IIRC you do have to drill your centre cover, the bar is a strengthening piece that spans the access hole from underneath.

Scan on the way

You have to drill 2 holes in the seat box cover,(the bar then spans the hole from side to side) ,, plus 2 near the rear in the actual seat box,, California F1, 75th 110 "Kermit", 50th Ann V8, 90 V8 Hybrid, 55 Series 1

you can fit them without drilling the actual vehicle seat box, just put it slightly further fwd and drill the 4 holes in the removable middle black inspection cover. Cheers

Trek Overland, No worries.

TJ, It's the fully loaded one & that was a question I was going to ask but I got carried away fitting all the bits & pulling the wires and forgot about it!!

So were is this mythical compartment?
