IIRC you do have to drill your centre cover, the bar is a strengthening piece that spans the access hole from underneath.

Scan on the way

I must sound like a proper numpty sometimes! I'm just not used to drilling & altering a car so much! It does seem to come with defender ownership though!! Lol Cheers all |

you can fit them without drilling the actual vehicle seat box, just put it slightly further fwd and drill the 4 holes in the removable middle black inspection cover. Cheers

Well I actually managed it!!! Lol
Thanks for all the help & ideas. I even managed to fit my sidesteps & get all the wire pulled for the heated seats!! Thanks guys |

TJ, It's the fully loaded one & that was a question I was going to ask but I got carried away fitting all the bits & pulling the wires and forgot about it!! So were is this mythical compartment? |
