On the 110 the DCDC converter is under the 3rd row seats/boot floor, black box on the right (MHEV battery is the other black box on the left)
I'd guess the 90 and 130 are similar. ![]() Click image to enlarge Defender 110 D300 X-Dynamic HSE MY22 |

Annoying that your vehicle broke down, never a good start to the day, but it can happen to any vehicle. The dealer took it in and provided a courtesy vehicle of the same type. Maybe not as posh, but a 4x4 SUV. They found the fault and ordered parts. The part is out of stock with Land Rover, probably because their supplier is unable to produce any extra units. l get this all the time in my trade. What do you think the dealer should do, that they're not doing now. It's not actually their fault, you would need to be shouting at LR's parts suppliers for that part, wherever they are. lnstead of screaming at them why not just put miles on the courtesy vehicle until yours is ready. You're lucky, at least it's in warranty. Mine will probably fail after the warranty expires |

That's useful information and probably worth printing a copy in case it ever fails.
Looks like it was only certain part numbers, maybe worth checking to see if your vehicle is within the range. |
