Little Supercharged LS3 Defender 90 on Drivetribe
The most powerful Defender to come out of my workshop so far - has had its 5 minutes of fame on the latest Drivetribe with the brilliant Richard Hammond.

Whipple Supercharged LS3 - 680bhp/880nm
6L80 auto gearbox with a stage 2 LT230 (with ATB)
Pegged ATB diffs and uprated Shafts, CVs and Diffs

My big AP racing brake kit....

The list goes on. IRB

Love it,

Pointless maybe but then that could be set about a lot of things we don't need the ''power' & 'expense' of

Like Richard I'm glad people do things like this, I would love a normal LS3 / Auto swap in my Defender, simply for the noise and smile.

Thumbs Up

Great job done there Ian, just loving the sound from the V8 and the supercharger Bow down Clayton.

Brilliant.
Obviously not just an engine, but a very well thought out comprehensive build.
I'd love to drive it.

Absolutely fantastic! It's looks, sounds and goes brilliantly well and is indeed completely pointless, but I'd buy it in a heartbeat if sufficient funds were there. Well done to everyone involved in creating such a great machine. 10/10. 1983 110 automatic OM606
