2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Java Black

Prospeed roofrack and sliding pan roof

Looking for a bit of help.

I have fitted a Prospeed aero roofrack to my 110 and didn’t click quite how close it would be to the top of the pan roof.

Would anyone be able to pop theirs up and measure the height so I can work out how much room I need to potentially open the pan roof before it hits the underside of the roofrack?

Or even better if someone’s got the same set up

Hello.

I have the same setup.

It’s too low for the sunroof to open. Also didn’t realise this till after I’d fitted it.

Worth it though as it’s a great roof rack. I have taken the fuse out of the sunroof so I don’t accidentally activate it.

That’s a good idea ref the fuse I think I’ll do the same!

Prospeed does state this in their site. I dont have the sunroof, so no issue for me, but the rack does sit very low to the roof. Best rack on the market imho.
