Another small detail I wanted to add, CNC side badges. These are scaled down to 120mm so we had to use a 0.5mm cutter to get the perfect result. After coating and facing the top surfaces, I just hand finish with a a flat surface table and 800 grit to remove the cutter pattern, then a clear matt coat. Then fitted with M3 SS fixings. When I re fit the bonnet I can finally say the exterior is complete.
