It can't be activated, as the air quality sensor is a hardware piece that requires both the three-zone climate control and the Cabin Air Purification Plus package. All cars with three-zone climate come with the air quality sensor and Cabin Air Purification Plus. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟏𝟎 𝐒 𝐏𝟑𝟎𝟎 (Pangea Green over Acorn/Lunar)

The programming side using GAP IID tool is easy. But you need some hardware. The first is a pollution sensor instructions below. You will also need the Ionizer.
https://www.lrdefender.org/pollution_sensor-715.html AIR IONIZER NOTE: RHD vehicle is shown, LHD vehicle is similar. Control Components The air ionizer technology helps the well being of both driver and passengers. The air ionizer improves the air quality within the passenger compartment and can help reduce allergens, viruses, bacteria and odours. The air ionizer uses nano-sized charged water particles which decompose harmful substances to cleanse the air. The air ionizer can be switched ON or OFF through the climate settings on the FCDIM. The air ionizer is only connected to the left center face vent in the instrument panel. The air ionizer is connected to a power supply and a ground connection. The air ionizer operates when an electrical signal is received from the HVAC control module. |

Thank you. I was hoping it would be a simple activation. It looks like I won't be doing all that just to have it. I appreciate the info though!
