On the TUV certificate that I requested from bowler when I got mine, it is specified CB 113mm.

Click image to enlarge Did anyone have an exact size for the Bowler centre bore? - I am tempted to get some caps made up for mine which will then have a rubber gasket in a channel around the bore so that they fit in nice and snug to the wheel - I don't like the open look on mine as i have spacers and drive flanges up front, solid half shafts on the rear so caps will make it look all the same. Apart from my 16" Bowler wheels in Aus. I have seen only one other Defender in Melbourne Australia with Bowler wheels. I am guessing it was a UK migration car, they were 18". No one puts 18" alloys on OG Defender's down under. Not sure why? |
