Factory fit ACC
Hi,

Anyone who has factory fit active cruise, are you able to adjust the settings in any way? Other than distance to the car in front.

My previous LR had options on how quickly it got up to the set speed.

I've seen this in the CCF which might do it but maybe not if it doesn't come like that from the factory.

MultiCAN-712 ACC Accel Profile Select
Not supported

Cheers

No idea. Don't use it because it's so awful. Eiger Grey MY23 D250 SE with bits. Known as Noddy.

Ok cheers, thought it might get smoother if I could adjust it to a more gentle profile. It's not the best when it's busy but ok as a bit of a safety net on a quiet motorway.

It's not great by LR that the system on my 2014 golf was better.

You might have to have the ACC recalibrated. I activated it on mine, and it was jerky in stop-and-go traffic. I had it calibrated at the dealer and it has been smooth ever since, but not as smooth as the ACC '23 Porsche Macan S, despite that not having traffic jam assist. ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐ƒ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ ๐’ ๐๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ (Pangea Green over Acorn/Lunar)

My dealer didn't charge me for the calibration. I assume because I'm still under the factory warranty. ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐ƒ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ ๐’ ๐๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ (Pangea Green over Acorn/Lunar)

So you didnโ€™t have factory installed ACC, you added it yourself using the Gap G4 tool or something similar then had it calibrated for free at the dealer under warranty?

Mine came with the car and has been awful from the get go. Itโ€™s been recalibrated by the dealer but is still poor. Eiger Grey MY23 D250 SE with bits. Known as Noddy.

That is correct. I told my service advisor that I had it activated with JLR's Pathfinder software, and he (and the service manager) didn't see a problem with it because it was activated using in-house software. It also helps that my dealer has an off-site warranty administrator. ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐ƒ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ ๐’ ๐๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ (Pangea Green over Acorn/Lunar)
