TD5 Puma…
Although I can’t say it’s a conversation I’d do myself, i think it’s brilliant to see a TD5 work with an MT82.

Well yes, it could work well. But a lot of effort to do the conversion.

Much better engine than the Pumas by a long way.

Getting the TD5 to run with an MT82 isnt hard plenty of adaptor plates on the market.

Juice did a great job, except for their choice of ECU placement, that seemed lazy. Instagram @defender_ventures

Are there any issues with insurance or DVLA when changing the type of engine ?

Or is it pretty straightforward ?

Should have put the ecu in a zip loc bag on top of the dash like you TD5 boys do!

Good job by Juice. Best Defender engine with the best interior. Not taking anything away from it but ’m pretty sure it’s been done a few times before though. Oh and I think they could have found an airbox to fit instead of the cone filter arrangement. WARNING.
