In my experience of changing my VCV twice, it doesn't need a learn. Runs great with just the new valve. When Nanocom added the facility to do the pump learn they posted on their support forums at the time that it isn't actually necessary as the pump with learn itself over time anyhow. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

You could try FORScan with an ELM327 adapter. Works with the 2,4l - worksnt with the 2,2l Puma.

having changed my VCV 3 times, it doesn't need it you will notice minimal difference if any.
