Hi, be careful because I believe the latest Land Rover security software updates block the programming of a new key, and as such you need a whole now ECU aswell as new keys. Not 100% on this just something I read somewhere, but it make sense based on the type of common vehicle theft here in the UK

That's true. It limits the number of keys to two. Eiger Grey MY23 D250 SE with bits. Known as Noddy.

I have an early L663 going in for 'Security Up-Date' soon. I was told to bring BOTH keys, as these will be deleted and re-programmed to the NEW security of my vehicle.
And yes only 2 keys !! |
