It was very expensive (50 quid) for 2 wipes. I don’t know if it is a scam but I have seen a few YouTuber talking how good it was…don’t know if they were paid to tell that story.
However I see some of the reputable dealers around they sell this product as well… probably costing them 2 pounds🤪.

Doubt that will do much to protect the glass from impacts.

In the States, there are several companies that offer sort of a film - think phone screen protector - that can help mitigate some smaller impacts. Not sure if you all have something like that in tea and crumpets land, but I'd suspect you do. Will cost a bit more than 50, but will work better as well. Even if only to act as a sacrificial layer against those small pits that develop with time due to all of the fine particles the windscreens have to plow through at times.

Stray bullet.

That was an initial thought but no sign of any penetration and it's the wrong time of year for deer culling.

I think it's going to remain a mystery but I'm having to wait for a LR screen and date when it can be done. One upside is that I'm driving my daughter's D3 which is still such a great car. Very Happy Eiger Grey MY23 D250 SE with bits. Known as Noddy.

Sounds more like it helps with minor scratches.

Not a bullet damage profile... unless that windscreen is armored.
