2011 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 PU Santorini Black

North Wales - Galvanised Chassis Rebuild + Overhaul

I'm looking for some advice/recommendations please

I have a 2011 Defender 2.4. I want to have the chassis replaced with a galvanised one and then some work done on the engine to fix any of the (usual) small oil leaks and add in some soundproofing behind the dash and bonnet at the same time. Any personal recommendations? I've tried Mills 4x4 and they don't do chassis replacement work.

There’s a great company based in Tanygroes near Cardigan, I always believe it’s well worth travelling for the right company. I know some of their happy customers and they’re all delighted with the service. They will be doing a chassis swap for me in the new year.

You could try Williams Classics, they will do the job but might be a bit pricey.

Depends where you are but I'd recommend these guys. They do all sorts of LR work and seen them do a chassis swap on Discos as well as lots of work on my 90.
