In case it makes a difference: mine already has a dim dip dummy relay, which is located in the driver's fuse box

Your vehicle does not have dim dip fitted (evidenced by the fact that your photos clearly show a headlight adjuster).

Thanks Blackwolf. I assumed that because the lower bulb in the headlight comes on as a sidelight. That meant it was dim dip.
Any ideas on why my sidelights aren't coming on? |

Before you fitted the LED sidelights, did the old incandescent ones work? If so the most likely reason for the LED lights not working would be a polarity issue.
If the old lights also didn't work and you know that the bulbs were OK, then the rather janky wiring on your vehicle is likely to be the problem. Although not much is visible in your photos it does look a bit janky! Do the (new) sidelights work if you plug the connector from the headlight lower bulb (the one that comes on with the sidelights) directly into the sidelight? Finally can you confirm whether the headlights are LED units or not? I assume not since they have the sidelight bulb in them. |

Thanks Blackwolf
Current headlights aren't LED. I thought I had got the polarity the right way around, but will double check. Am away for a couple of weeks so will check asap. I did try connecting the new side lights into the connector from the headlight lower bulb, but they still didn't work so may well be janky wiring! Will respond back asap. |
