I’m all for V8’s and power. But 640hp in a Defender to me seems wasted effort. You’d never be able to use that kind of power IMO. And a Defender is hardly the sort of vehicle to be running well over 100mph. Which you’d do within a few seconds from any speed. Ultimately there must be way better uses for such an engine. And much better engine setups that could be fitted in a Defender.
