United Kingdom 2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 DCPU Java Black
Oil Filler cap
Hi everyone - first post after my "hello" (no idea where that went!). Cracking along today and the wife points out that the windscreen on her side is covered in oil!! Come to a stop on the hard shoulder (we were on a motorway at the time) and popped the bonnet - oil everywhere. 10 seconds later I was covered in oil ruined my shirt and called recovery; who arrived with a temp cap and some oil. On our way again - big thanks to recovery man (Nigel - also a Defender owner) if he is looking in. So my question (at last) - anyone know which of the many oil filler caps fits an 08 Puma? I cannot remember what it looked like now! I have had a look on ebay but may end up going to the dealer tomorrow unless anyone can point me in the right direction.
Cheers

Will,
Many thanks for the response, much appreciated. I have a feeling it was one with a ridge in the middle, that one doesn't ring any bells! Who would have thought there would have been so many different oil filler caps.
