I don't know if it is true or not. If you paint the calipers another colour other than that supplied by the factory, you need to inform your insurance company ???

I had my calipers done on my old L405 and they cost £200. The guy removes the wheel and rubs down the calipers with wet and dry. He then primes, undercoats and top coats the calipers in place and masks off everything else. It took him 4 hours to complete.

Have you got a picture of the front calipers ? I got the 22” wheel upgrade and was under the impression I was suppose to get 6 pot calipers !.. although they don’t look like the fancy ones on the V8 ! |
