Smaller Steering Wheel Recommendations
Fitted extended seat rails which has helped me fit into my new puma however; for a little bit more room I want to fit a smaller steering wheel. Show me yours for inspiration.

Certainly for a Puma the ultimate in look, fit with original styling and quality the Startech is hard to beat. But it is circa £600 !!!

A very good alternative is the Momo Tuner in 350mm size at circa £200, the 320mm is too small if you want to see the dash dials.

Lots of posts and pictures on the forum of both, and other alternatives.

Ideally, for security, you would use an Optimill quick release boss plus swivel lock to fit. £325 well spent in my opinion.

Thanks Ian. Never swapped a wheel before is it best to get a low profile boss to allow for the most legroom?

If you’ve got the money to burn then a Startech fitted to an Optimill removable boss is very satisfying.

Probably 5 years or more with the Startech option


Best mod to truck, you use it every time you drive the truck it just feels better / nicer to hold. Thick but not too thick.

Only issue I have (although its not an issue as I use a Ultra gauge for speed / revs) between certain speeds the actual rim covers the dials (I'm 6ft 2). However I just use the digital read out any way as I find its more accurate.

I went with Momo Prototipo

Whatever you get, also invest in a removeable boss and lock from optimill. Makes for a good extra layer of security
