Tailgate electrics

Rear wiper, demister and centre high mount brake light do not work.
Fuses ok - a visual inspection behind the door card looks to be ok.

Am I right in thinking it is most likely an issue with the loom to the rear tailgate?

Any advice most appreciated. Is this a common issue etc.?

Highly likely to be an earth issue, the rear door loom has a couple of multi plugs behind the drivers side tail light. If you’ve got 12 volts at the vehicle side of the plug when the heated rear window /brake lights/rear wiper are switched on check for corrosion in the earth circuit. Earths wires are pretty much always black.
