Australia 1998 Defender 110 300 Tdi SW Alpine White
Replacement fuel solenoid wire
Does anyone know if an OEM fuel solenoid wire is available, I've made a replacement using a spade terminal but it falls off over corrigations, if not a wire the original locking clip, thanks

Not sure what you mean by 'locking clip'?

It's just a female shielded spade connector. If it's falling off then tighten up the connector with pliers or get a better connector.

Yes, I have them, and I can supply as a kit of parts or with wire attached.

But I imagine the cost to post to Aus massively outweighs the cost of the actual connector Shocked  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

The fuel cut-off terminal (C0198), is a TE/AMP 6.3mm 'Posi-Lock' terminal with a Black cover (AAU1010)

Thanks very much for posting that picture! Every day’s a school day.

I didn’t know such thing existed, and as ‘OldSkool’ has said above I’ve just used normal insulated spade terminals here. Survived for about 10 years or so since the last time I replaced one so clearly not a massive issue, but now that I know about the “proper” thing I’ll get some ordered.

Don't work out here mate, the constant vibration from corrigations loosens them to the point they fall off, I've squished them with pliers and within weeks they are loose.
