The Utility Wagons count as commercial for Benefit in Kind as they have a payload of over 1000kg and no rear windows.
You can also reclaim the VAT (if the seller is VAT registered). The station wagon is classified as 'N1' but not sure if it meets the requirements of a van for benefit in kind due to the rear windows, |

I have the 2014 110 county, and the v5 shows it as a light 4x4 utility, for the body type..
The taxation class is light goods vehicle And vehicle category is N1... So I believe it can be classed as a commercial if used for carrying goods.. |
