Instrument binnacle wiring diagram needed
Im hoping someone can help me. All my instruments works fine but they dont light up with the vehicle lights. Im suspecting a dried joint within the instrument binnacle itself. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the speedo/ rev counter cluster? Its a 2009 2.4 Puma. Any help would be much appreciated as Id like to have a look myself rather then send it away.

I've shared the whole wiring diagram on my icloud for you, see below. Looks like you need page 21 where the connection from sidelights is shown on pin 25 of the connector onto the instrument cluster. Id start br probing this pin with the sidelights turned on.

Thats fantastic thank you very much. Its interesting that I also have the ns side lamp not working after I had some paint work done on that wing. Seems coincedence to me so it may not be the actual cluster thats at fault as from what you say there is a connection between side light and cluster. So I have pulled the fuse to ns side light and its gone. Replacing that has also fixed instrument illumination. I feel a bit of a fool to be honest but I can live with that now my problem is sorted so again thank you very much and the wiring diagram will come in handy!

Check the connector is secure to the rear also, it’s been known for them to get loose or not be fitted snug.
Worth checking at least before investigating further, though you probably already have. ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️
