Think as a first case I’m gonna try replacing bolts and gaskets but then once I’m broke, decide if I want to be more broke so will remember that! I’m more concerned how on earth to get to all the bolts on the passenger side as it’s a bit cramped!

Also came across this system as well. Just wandering if could be a worthwhile buy tho maybe not immediately. If anyone has this or the previous one I shared fitted would be great to hear a clip of how it sounds!

My 1988 3.5 90 has a very similar system to this suggestion - mine is a budget version on std parts.

It goes: 3.9 manifolds -> RRC 2-to-1 downpipes -> TD5 central silencer and system.

For me, it's not too loud unless you hoof it - the idle is a lovely burble and the TD5 system is an inch bigger bore than the old 3.5 system. You do have to change the cross member, but because it's all std parts it's really easy to do. I would add that BBW needles in the SUs makes a difference to drivability. 90 V8 CSW - 1988

Depends what you are after really. I'd guess volume wise that stainless system would likely be similar to what you have now.
