DEFENDER 2.4 XS A/C CONDENSER
Hello folks!

Got the front end off my 110 DC XS at the minute whilst upgrading to an AlliSport Intercooler.

The A/C condensor is absolutely goosed. Found one on ebay, contacted the supplier and gave them vehicle details to be told it'll fit. It doesn't! Refund inbound.

What have other folks fitted? Links if possible. Genuine are £700 odd and I'm not paying that!

TIA 😎👍🏻

Oh interesting did you take any pictures you can share. Always good to know what aftermarket part does and does not fit.

You do a search here, recently there was a discussion about fitting an alternative non LR part. It was not in the metal frame as I recall but it did fit.

Coolair Logan will be able to sort you out with something. They have excellent customer service.

Where about are you in Yorkshire, you may be able to get it repaired for less. When I was modifying mine, AitTech made me some custom hoses etc.

As per Hanks posts. Condensors off ebay with a spal fan around £180 or so.

The condensor its a 100% like for like fit but for the sake of saving over 500 well worth it.

Just needs the AC pipes tweaking a tad and some 10mm spacers at the bottom. Instagram @defender_ventures

The same experience - ebay seller refused to sell, just told me, it will not fit to my car. A bit scary, that some seller knows my car better than me. Shocked Especially that, the car was already modiffied to use this a bit different condenser, and the condenser needs replacement due mechanical damage. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "Blufínek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo Smile
