Anyone know what the red connection is?

It's C410, for the alarm ultrasonic sensor.
By the way, wire colours are SO handy to know as well as the connector colour. 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

For those that have not yet, look here: https://www.lrworkshop.com/wiring-diagram/defender-1999-td5 https://www.lrworkshop.com/connectors/defender-2002my/colour You can work out you entire (factory) wiring, plugs, earth connections the lot. Also something I recently learned here on Defender2.net is that on the wiring diagrams, for each wire the last large number is the length of the wire in mm |
