l guess you get what you pay for. GAP tool is very good indeed, user interface superb, emails are always answered.

However if all you want to do is turn off the stop/start and activate a few features then l imagine an $99 tool is an attractive option.

One good thing with the GAP tool is, it saves your original CCF file so if you do make a mess of things or lose the connection while downloading you can always default back to the original software

The gap tool is definately easier to use but the jet pro software allows you to make a backup and restore the same and does give the option to activate acc, atpc and tr2 auto plus all the other activations you can do with the gap tool for $99 MY23 D250 Defender 110 X-Dynamic SE, Carpathian Grey, 7 Seat, Electric Towbar

I got past the login problems with help from Gary at autosvs. Now when trying to activate ACC with script 17, I get "module not supported" error. If I try script 18, I get errors during the CCF write.
I also get errors during CCF write with script 1, start/stop memory.
Any suggestions? I wrote to Gary but I guess it's his night time.

Better get a cheap windows laptop with rj45. I know there were some problems in the past with that kind of software on macs. I would recommend not to adapter anything. Just think about a connection issue during uploading CCF changes.

USB C ethernet adapter works fine as well from my Windows laptop. Generally, a pretty burned in technology. 2021 D90 Pangea First Edition

lf you're using the cheap tool l suppose you could research all the activations and then do them in the 72 hours of use that you pay for.

Make sure everything is working before your time is up.

I was able to get ACC enabled with the JET PRO tool. It took some work. First I tried with a cable that I already had used for an F series BMW. This did not work. I was getting write errors and Module not supported.
I ordered a new cable but in the meantime, my license expired.
So I tried with the new cable, new license and different laptop. This time it worked.

I was not able to get the "Remember Stop/Start setting" to work.
The Remote Release Tailgate did work.
I enabled Tow Assist 2 but haven't tried it yet. I don't know if it took

I already have the offroad package which includes ATPC2, configurable TR, etc
Is there anything else that I should do while I have the license? Is there an improved lane keeping function?

BTW, Gary at Autosvs said he would refund my second license since I was not successful with the first one. Many thanks!

No I didn’t have time to try it in the 72hrs of the licence but Gary at autosvs reckoned it should work.

I only enabled atpc and tr2 auto MY23 D250 Defender 110 X-Dynamic SE, Carpathian Grey, 7 Seat, Electric Towbar

!

I was able to get ACC, Dynamic (with red lights but no red dash), and tried "Remember Stop/Start setting" as well this morning. I also didn't think stop / start worked because the button didn't light up after everything else did. I'm not sure though, because even though the button wasn't lit I did notice where it normally show the A symbol with "off" listed below it, it showed the A symbol with a line through it and the engine never shut off. Can anyone else confirm? 22 Defender 110 X-Dynamic SE

Thanks for the info.
I checked and this is Enabled but it still doesn't remember the stop/start setting. I also tried the script.

I enabled Dynamic Mode. I see the choice on the terrain menu. Not sure what else to check for.

I tried enabling the Park assist. I don't get any errors. I'm not sure what to check for to see if it's working. I don't see any additional selections in the menus.
