Hello from New Zealand
My friend who brought my old truck (as above) has a problem with it failed to start, taken to the independent place and tested, apparently error code for injectors not working etc Mechanic used used spare computer and it started the car perfectly so its the ECU When I had it we changed the computer to the later re flashable one (if thats the term) Its code is NNN500250 of course there are no new parts and he had one place inspect the circuits etc for dry joints and no luck but they werent Land rover people. I have a friend who is a Air New Zealand avonics guy who will examine it as well with their avonics gear. looking around for a replacment one off a wreck at present etc I see on the internet some places in the UK offering "repairs" as it as a common problem? eg: https://www.ecutesting.com/common-faults/l...ecu-fault/ Has any one used a place like that or are there any people in the UK who might be able to help? Just to balance it a little, and not an ECU, but I had my ABS modulator sorted by them and itβs been fine. Their customer service was excellent.
