2 slave cylinder failure

Hi in the last month I have had 2 blue point slave cylinders fail has anyone else had a problem like this is it just me being unlucky clutch is new many thanks simon car is a 2.4 tdci 110

blue point ? you mean "blue print" https://www.blue-print.com/ ?
Not sure if they are a reputable supplier of clutch parts for Defenders?

People on here seem to go for LOF clutches or the likes. I have always been recommended to replace the pilot bearing when putting a new clutch in. May not be related to your issue, just sharing what I've been told.
