Pull the vent off the wing horizontaly – 1522 views

This side goes against the raised air intake body – 1639 views
The 8 bolts look the same but on closer inspection you will find that 3 have a larger hex hole in the head – 1690 views
Top bracked fixed to intake body with 3 allen serews – 1857 views
Hook tabs into the wing and push down – 1859 views
Making sure its located proper like – 1931 views
Marking the top holes – 1777 views
Marking lower fixing holes, Ensure the air intake is correctly positioned – 1827 views
Top holes marked and ready for drilling. The screen surround it ally and quite thick – 1878 views
Drilling the top holes we used 5mm� and the black bolts cut in OK. Mantec suggest a 5.5mm� – 1790 views
Drill 2 x 9mm� holes for the captive nuts Dont forget to paint the exposed metal – 1924 views
The 2 black self tapping bolts. screw these in to cut the thread before you fit the intake – 1763 views
Fitting the lower fixing bolts into the rivenuts – 1728 views
Fitting the top bracket – 1806 views
