Yeah thinking this could happen. America's Truss moment. The average American's 401k must be suffering. Not sure how long this will be tolerated. Have patience says Trump, stay cool. Problem is Trump has no empathy everyone knows this. It's all about Trump and his ego.

The Americans will have to work this out themselves. Good thing is that the American constitution and how it was all put together is pretty solid (unlike say the Weimar Republic)

It's called impeachment. You can already get odds on it if you fancy a flutter.
Needs a big majority in whichever house (both?) votes on it. Not likely for now.

Agree....he mentioned reciprocal tariffs with the base staying at 10%.

LBC media in the UK are saying was Keir's watch and wait approach right.....hmmmm ?????......we are still in the same boat (or am I missing something).....

blackwolf, I never considered it before reading your post, but yes, looking back on the last couple of days, I reckon it's quite possible that trump did have a plan to "manipulate the markets".
