Brownchurch HD Roof Rack - Support legs - how to fix?
I was fortunate to purchase this rather nice Brownchurch Rack yesterday. It comes with ladder and the original 4 support legs being the HD model.

My question is how to fix the front legs? I have searched photos and cant see how it is done. Anyone got one and could explain or share a photo please? I am assuming you have to drill /tap the windscreen hinge or drill out the pin and replace with a nut and bolt?

Thanks

You drill through the middle bolt hole of the windscreen hinge block from the inside, then fix the legs with a longer bolt and Nyloc nut (nut on the inside).

Some anti corrosion paste on the bolt would go down well! LR Workshop
