I'm just 20 miles away from the Plain in Mendip at the moment.
It's been peeing down all afternoon today on already waterlogged ground. Should be plenty of gloop. |

Me? Nah, saw hardly anyone all day/evening. A few dog walkers, some forestry folk burning foliage, and a car in Imber with a flat tyre. Oh, and caught a land warden snoozing..... |

My ram mount works perfectly... unfortunately the hard drive is dying on the carPC so i've got to keep re-booting it all the time
Anyonw know a good source for decent sized (100~120gb) solid state 2.5" drives? |

Jamie - I always use Novatech in Portsmouth, they have loads of hardware and if your not "quite" sure, then they have excellent sales people and a good returns policy and open Saturdays you can go along and look at the actual kit, not like on-line stuff |

Solid state or "mechanised"? i think the slight damp and banging around is what is killing the mechanical drives, so I think a solid state is the way to go. I'll try Novatech, cheers for the name. |
