My ram mount works perfectly... unfortunately the hard drive is dying on the carPC so i've got to keep re-booting it all the time Sad Sad


Anyonw know a good source for decent sized (100~120gb) solid state 2.5" drives? Laughing

Jamie - I always use Novatech in Portsmouth, they have loads of hardware and if your not "quite" sure, then they have excellent sales people and a good returns policy and open Saturdays

you can go along and look at the actual kit, not like on-line stuff Thumbs Up

Solid state or "mechanised"? i think the slight damp and banging around is what is killing the mechanical drives, so I think a solid state is the way to go.

I'll try Novatech, cheers for the name.

Well the Le Crueset wellies are packed, along with the other paraphenalia you need for 2 kids(complete change of clothes etc) just food to put in in the morning along with kids and dogs Rolling Eyes
